When you order online or by telephone we collect personal information such as your name, e-mail address, billing & delivery address, telephone number and debit / credit card details (see also our ‘Security’ section). This allows us to process and fulfil your order(s) and to notify you about the status of your order(s).

We store customers’ confirmed order information (except transactional data which is not stored or retained) and a record of a customer’s previous order(s) can be accessed via their individual customer login at any time. We keep such data in confidence according to our privacy policy. Customers have the right to request what information about them is stored by us and the right to correct, block or have that information deleted.

We will also collect non-transactional data such as your email address if you contact us via email or if you use the electronic form provided in our ‘Contact Us’ section.

A customer’s email address is used only with their consent and may be used for marketing purposes by SFS (and its subsidiary eyewear trading divisions); for example to occasionally notify you about news and information about sunglasses and eyewear (or directly related goods like eyewear accessories). If at any point you decide you would rather not receive such information please contact us using [email protected] and we will then remove your email address and you will receive no further communication from us.
